FNJ During the War

As you all know, FNJ is a team of great specialists that help companies find new employees. We are the recruiting company with a great group of recruiters and researchers. I am sure you know from the news, social media, whatever, a war is happening in our country. On the 24th of February, Russia invaded Ukraine.

We all were affected by this war, personally and professionally. We had to temporary close our physical office in Odessa, so now we are back to COVID norms. We are still there for our partners working 24/7, but we are working from our homes, online for now. There is one positive effect of the COVID pandemic that I have to highlight. We all have to be thankful that it taught us how to work from home. Thus, this transition went more than smoothly for us.

Also, we have some fantastic news for all of our old, new, and future partners. As stated, the war changed us, both personally and professionally, and now is the perfect time for some great news. We did not stop our working process even for a day, but here is something else that we did. Not going to lie; I am expecting a drum roll right now for this great news. We have opened up a site in Israel. Thus, now we can also help companies hire professionals from Israel as well.

Our team today is spread all across Ukraine and the world. We have our recruiters in most famous time zones, which made the connection with our partners even better. I cannot say that the war was the reason for us to expand, but it gave us the necessary push to grow stronger and faster.

All in all, the situation we are in is horrible, but as you know, we are all about the environment, and we try our best to create a great one for all of us. As you remember, our motto is:

Great Environment, for the Great People

Setting the highest standards for ourselves, we only strive for a great environment, creating it in every location. Thus, no worries, no matter what we are going through, we will help you find great people and maintain a fantastic atmosphere.

Today is 3 months since the war has started. Our prayers and thoughts remain with the bravest Ukrainian Army and fantastic Ukrainian People who do not lose their hope and strength! God save Ukraine!
